French Mountain Log Homes offers construction drawings for most of its log homes, plus custom modifications to meet the needs and desires of the individual.

Construction Drawings Include:

• Floor plan(s)……………...(1/4 = 1’0”)
• Set of elevations…………..(1/4 =1’0”)
• Foundation plan…………...(1/4 = 1’0”)
• Building section(s)………...(1/4 = 1’0”)
• Miscellaneous details

Reverse Plans:
Plans ordered will be shipped as they appear.  Plans ordered in reverse will print in a mirror image of the plan as it is published, which means all dimensions and lettering appear backwards.  At your request you will receive one or all of your copies in reverse at no charge.  We can prepare reversed plans for all of our designs for an extra fee, see product prices.

Square Footage Calculations:
Square footage is based on outside building dimensions and does not include exterior decks, porches, attics, basements, or garages.

Code Compliance:
Our plans are drawn to meet all current New York Fire and Building Codes.  Consult your local building officials to determine the plan, code and site requirements.  French mountain log homes plans are not stamped by an architect or engineer.

Basement Foundations:
All basements are designed at full height with some having walkout capabilities.  Modifications can be requested, see product prices and fee schedule.

Framing Drawings:
Framing plans are available for all of our designs. See product prices and fee schedule.

CADD Formats: CADD files are available for some designs in the following:
ASCII DXF file format
Binary DXF file format
DXB files
Slide file format
Slide library file format

Return policy:
Plans may be returned for a full refund less applicable restocking fees and shipping charge by returning the unopened package to our office.  No returns will be accepted on electronic CADD files, electronic artwork, or printed artwork.
